RULES FOR THE TOGGLE

1. English should be the language of communication.

2. The event will be involving 'on the spot 'allotment of the topic and the contestent will need to present the views then and there itself i.e without any prior preperation.

3. The speech will be involving presentation of views on both the aspects of the topic i.e for and against of the topic.

4. Each contestent will be allotted 2 minutes ; 1 minute for presenting one side of the topic and 1 minute for presenting the other side of the topic.

5. Speech notes are not to be used by the contestent while presenting his/her speech.

6. The judge will base his decision entirely on the way of the presentation of the material.

7. No abusive or vulgar language should be there.

8. The decision of the judges will be final and binding for all the participants.
